VAVA Inc. was founded by Michael B. Van Amburgh, ASA. Operations initiated Oct. 1, 2005

In its first four years, VAVA Inc. completed 480 valuation projects for 93 different clients. The annual revenue size of enterprises valued by VAVA Inc. ranged from $500 thousand to $600 million.

VAVA Inc. has performed work in 18 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. However approximately 70% of all assignments are for entities operating within a 50 mile radius of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

VAVA Inc. valuation assignments are structured on either a fixed-fee basis or a negotiated hourly rate basis. The company strives to provide prompt delivery of each valuation analysis - usually in two to three weeks following the date of receipt of all requested information from the client.

The office in Midlothian is near equal distance south of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington. Just a bit further, Tyler, Waco, and Abilene are less than 90 minutes away. However, VAVA will travel to your business, no matter where it is.
